Greenwood Homes has received the prestigious Diamond Builder award for quality construction and outstanding customer service as chosen from over 13,000 members of the 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty Program.

Greenwood Homes provides the most extensive warranty programs in the building industry. Our goal is to have complete satisfaction from every homebuyer.

FIRST YEAR

Before each homeowner moves in we complete a pre-occupancy walk-through. At this time important features about the new home as well as any punch-list items are reviewed with the customer. Approximately ten months after closing, we'll inspect the home again to make sure any new warranty items that may arise are remedied.

Greenwood Homes believes that the majority of new housing problems will surface in the first year of occupancy. That is why we place such emphasis on the first year program.

YEARS 2 THROUGH 10

Greenwood Homes has met the criteria and has been accepted into the Home Buyers Warranty Corporation 2-10 Warranty Program. This program provides one-year coverage for workmanship and materials; two-year coverage for portions of the plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems; and ten years of protection against structural defects. This warranty is VA, FHA, and FmHA accepted.
