Your Guide to Touring Greenwood Homes During the 2026 Parade of Homes

During the 2026 Blue Ridge Parade of Homes, you can visit six official Greenwood entries—and four additional models worth adding to your plans. That gives you 10 homes to tour across five communities in Charlottesville, Zion Crossroads and Waynesboro.

The Parade homes will be open from noon to 5 p.m. on October 3, 4, 10 and 11. The event will also serve as the official grand opening celebration for our new Brookhill Square and Belvedere models.

Plan your route by community, and look for the unofficial Greenwood models you can tour along the way.

Entry #9: The Elm Condo at Brookhill Square - 4007A Ryan Way, Charlottesville, VA 22911

The Elm is a two-level condo with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, approximately 1,653 to 1,685 square feet, and an attached one-car garage. The kitchen, dining area and family room connect downstairs, while the bedrooms and laundry are upstairs.

Pay attention to the kitchen storage, spacious primary bedroom and flexible third bedroom. The private deck is another big plus: you get outdoor space of your own without adding a yard to your weekend plans.

Unofficial Stop: The Maple at Brookhill Square

Don’t head back to the car after touring The Elm. The Maple is open in the same building.

This two-level condo offers three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, an attached one-car garage and approximately 2,472 to 2,715 square feet. Look for the bright, open living area, large kitchen island, walk-in pantry, covered porch and spacious primary suite. Select Maple homes can also include a rooftop terrace.

The Maple is not a numbered Parade entry, but touring both models makes it easy to compare two very different approaches to low-maintenance living at Brookhill Square.

Entry #15: The Aspen at Brookhill - 1406 Marcella Street, Charlottesville, VA 22911

The Aspen starts with four bedrooms and approximately 2,758 square feet, with options that can add bedrooms, bathrooms, a finished basement, screened porch, morning room or third-story loft.

The Brookhill model also includes a dedicated Wellness Studio with a sauna, cold plunge and steam shower. While you’re there, tour the Culinary Kitchen and see how the finished lower level adds room for relaxing, hosting or spreading out.

Entry #16: The Bayberry Villa at Brookhill - 1394 Marcella Street, Charlottesville, VA 22911

The Brookhill Bayberry has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and approximately 2,804 square feet. Its primary suite is on the main level, while an upstairs loft and additional bedrooms give guests or family their own space.

Notice the 12-foot ceilings, finished walkout basement, and screened porch with a fireplace. You’ll tour another Bayberry at Belvedere, so this is a good chance to see how the same plan can feel different through its features and finishes.

Unofficial Stop: The Holly I Townhome at Brookhill - 4053 Talen Lane, Charlottesville, VA 22911

While you’re in Brookhill, add the Holly I townhome model to your route. The three-story plan offers three to four bedrooms, an attached one-car garage, and approximately 2,298 to 2,682 square feet.

The different levels create separation between living, working, and sleeping spaces. Available configurations can also include a first-floor bedroom and full bathroom, a fourth-story loft or a rooftop terrace.

Entry #11: The Holly I Townhome at Belvedere - 983 Belvedere Boulevard, Charlottesville, VA 22901

The Holly I A starts at approximately 2,298 square feet with three bedrooms and multiple levels of flexible living space.

This model shows the optional alternative rear kitchen, which places the kitchen across the back of the living area. If you’ve toured another Holly I, notice how this arrangement changes the flow of the kitchen, dining, and gathering spaces.

Entry #12: The Bayberry Villa at Belvedere - 984 Belvedere Boulevard, Charlottesville, VA 22901

Across the street, The Bayberry villa offers a completely different type of attached living. The model has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, and more than 2,800 square feet, including a finished basement.

The main-level primary suite and living spaces have 12-foot ceilings, while the loft and additional bedrooms are upstairs. The model also includes a Culinary Kitchen with Wolf, Sub-Zero, and Cove appliances. Don’t miss the mountain views available from nearly every villa homesite.

Unofficial Stop: The Lantana at Belvedere - 1262 Farrow Drive, Charlottesville, VA 22901

Before leaving Belvedere, tour The Lantana single-family model. It has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, approximately 2,545 square feet, and an attached two-car garage.

The primary suite is on the main level, along with the kitchen, laundry, and vaulted family room. Upstairs, an open loft overlooks the family room. Outside, the extra-large custom stone patio adds room for dining, grilling and relaxing.

The Lantana is not a numbered entry, but it lets you compare Belvedere’s townhome, villa and single-family options in one community visit.

Entry #25: The Hickory at Spring Creek - 16 Red Pine Drive, Zion Crossroads, VA 22942

If main-level living is high on your list, finish with The Hickory at Spring Creek.

The model has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms and approximately 3,495 square feet. The primary suite, two additional bedrooms, pocket office, pantry and laundry are all on the main level. A finished lower level adds a recreation room, bedroom and full bathroom for guests.

Also look for the Gourmet Kitchen, three-season room and oversized two-car garage. Spring Creek is a gated golf course community with a pool, clubhouse, fitness center, onsite dining, sports courts and trails.

Bonus Stop: The Dahlia I at Creekwood Village - 305 Sunbird Lane, Waynesboro, VA 22980

The Dahlia I townhome at Creekwood Village is not a Parade entry, but it is another new Greenwood model you can tour in Waynesboro.

The three-story plan has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, approximately 2,095 square feet, and an attached one-car garage. A private first-floor bedroom and full bathroom can give guests, a roommate or someone working from home a space of their own. The open kitchen, dining and family room are on the second floor, while the primary suite, two additional bedrooms and laundry are upstairs.

Because Creekwood Village is west of Charlottesville, plan this as a separate stop rather than adding it to the main Parade route. Check the Creekwood Village Townhomes page for current model hours before visiting.
