The Sycamore

The Sycamore offers a spacious layout with a strong mix of open gathering areas and more private rooms throughout the home. Starting at 3,773 square feet and expanding to approximately 4,994 square feet, it includes 5 bedrooms from the start with the option to add a 6th in the basement.

On the main level, a guest suite with its own full bathroom adds flexibility right away. The kitchen, breakfast area, and family room are open to one another, creating an easy flow through the center of the home. A separate formal dining room adds another distinct gathering space, while the flex room next to it can adapt to whatever you need most — a study, office, library, playroom, or hobby space.

Upstairs, the primary suite includes a private bath and a large walk-in closet. Three more bedrooms surround an open loft area that can work as another casual living space. Two of the secondary bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bath, while the fourth upstairs bedroom includes its own attached bathroom.

The basement is optional and can be finished with a large recreation room, den, and full bathroom. The den can also be converted into an additional bedroom, bringing the home to as many as 6 bedrooms and 5.5 baths.
