When the Smith family found the perfect location for their new construction home in Crozet, VA, their decision to work with our team at Greenwood Homes was a simple one.
“We chose Greenwood because we like their location in Crozet, and the floor plans of their homes met our family’s needs and did so with a style that resonated with us,” they explained.
The Smith family chose to build the Aspen floor plan within our highly sought-after Glenbrook community, and once construction was underway, the entire process for them was simple and stress free.
“At each step of the process, Greenwood Homes’ team was open and honest with us. Not only was this evident in how Chris, Cary, Randy, and Scott worked with us through the details for the building process, but they treated us kindly and with the utmost respect as people and new neighbors,” the Smiths explained.

Once the construction process was complete and the time had come for the Smith family to receive the keys to their new home, their final walk through of the home exceeded all of their expectations.
“The home was pretty well perfect at the walk through—clean and exactly how we wanted it. The settlement was fast and easy. Indeed, it was one of the easiest closes we’ve had on a house,” they explained. “We received the keys with no hitches, and Greenwood Homes came through with another thoughtful touch, putting the keys in a customized wooden box. It helped the day feel special.”
